StreetSouls ("we", "us", "our") is an independent Indian streetwear brand selling premium graphic t-shirts through our website at streetsouls.in. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws.

To place an order on StreetSouls, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian • Have a valid Indian mobile number • Create an account or sign in with a valid email address • Provide a valid Indian delivery address By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST where applicable). • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time you complete checkout is the final price you pay. • Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration, photography lighting, or monitor settings. Such variations are not grounds for a return. • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or receive a full refund. • Promotional discounts and offers are valid only for the duration stated and cannot be applied retroactively.

An account is required to place an order on StreetSouls. You may sign in using your email and password or via Google. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at streetsouls3127@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

An order is placed when you: 1. Add a product and size to your cart 2. Provide accurate delivery details (name, phone, address, pincode) 3. Complete payment successfully through our payment gateway Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations to your location. We are not liable for orders placed using incorrect personal or delivery information. Please verify all details before confirming your order.

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a RBI-authorised and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods via Cashfree: • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex) • Debit cards • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps) • Net banking • Wallets (as supported by Cashfree) Payment is required in full before your order is processed. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). StreetSouls does not store or have access to your payment card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs, or bank credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by Cashfree on their secure servers. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be created. Please retry or use an alternate payment method. If your account is debited but an order confirmation is not received, contact us at streetsouls3127@gmail.com within 24 hours with your transaction reference number.

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. • Only one promo code may be applied per order. • Promo codes may be restricted to specific products, minimum order values, or usage limits. • We reserve the right to expire, suspend, or modify any promo code at any time without notice. • Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. • If a promo code is found to be used fraudulently or in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order and recover any discount applied.

We ship pan-India via Shiprocket using reputed courier partners. Shipping costs: • Free shipping on orders delivered within Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Raigad). • A calculated shipping fee applies for all other locations, shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on your location, courier partner operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can also track your order at streetsouls.in/track. StreetSouls is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier partner, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, natural disasters, or any other event beyond our control. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or unreachable address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.

You may request an order cancellation before it has been shipped by contacting us at streetsouls3127@gmail.com or on WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and a tracking number has been assigned, it cannot be cancelled. For approved cancellations, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Cashfree Payments.

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following circumstances: • You received the wrong product (wrong item or wrong size shipped by us) • The product arrived visibly damaged or with a manufacturing defect To raise a return request: 1. Email us at streetsouls3127@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery 2. Include clear photographs of the product and the issue 3. Include your order number We do not accept returns for: • Change of mind or personal preference • Size issues resulting from incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to the size guide before ordering) • Minor variations in colour or shade from what is displayed on screen • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered Approved return/exchange requests will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments. Refund timelines depend on your bank (typically 5–7 business days after we initiate the refund). Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be borne by StreetSouls. Customers are required to ship the item back via a trackable method.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at streetsouls3127@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving genuine issues promptly. Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks on delivered orders may result in account suspension and legal action under the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All content on this website — including product designs, logos, graphics, text, photographs, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of StreetSouls and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will be pursued under applicable Indian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • StreetSouls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. • We are not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, payment gateway downtime, natural disasters, or government actions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. We may temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from website unavailability.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Information Technology Act 2000. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For consumer grievances, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as applicable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
